This module has been tested 8/16/2020.  It appears to work properly.  The photos show the frequency reading on the counter, the setting on the function generator used for input, and the general test setup.
The extent of the testing was to apply a signal and view the output.  I have not checked the calibration or any other function of the plug in.
The plug in is sold as is as shown, without right of return or refund, due to the age of the item and the potential of damage to the item should it be inserted into a TM500 mainframe with bad filtering on the power supply.
