Pyrex Lid Replacement for 664-C Big Bertha 4 Qt Casserole Dish

Clear glass Pyrex replacement lid, original.
Says PYREX on one side with trademark sign and the number 29; 664-C on other side
I think this goes to vintage pyrex casserole called Big Bertha And is about 10.5 inch diameter rim to rim.
No chips, cracks, or breaks on the lid. Smooth rim with some scratches on the top of lid. (See pictures). but there is one irregularity or tiny ding on the edge,
Knob handle has unusual indented center on this model.
