    Description

A spectacular early 19th century c1830 antique Georgian diamond ring, comprising a large 7mm rose cut round diamond centerpiece, surrounded by numerous smaller old mine cut diamonds, which are encrusted into hand engraved flower decorations. The center diamond has an estimated weight of about 1.05 carats, with a great SI1 clarity and extremely sparkly and live H-I white color. All of the 30 smaller diamonds are claw set into the yellow gold settings and have an average I-J white color and VS to SI1 clarity range with an estimated combined weight of about 0.20 carats. Total diamond weight is approximately 1.25 carats. The ring is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and its shoulders are superbly hand engraved and carved with rich flower / foliate and floral branches and leafs motifs and decorations. Gross weight of the ring is 6 grams and ring size is 55 (US size 7, UK size O), but can easily be resized.  Absolutely scarce and rare antique jewelry collector piece and one of the rare late Georgian diamond rings and jewels.
