It was issued in Sept. 1999 and was only available on local Detroit magazine stands for about three weeks to serve as a rememberance to the stadium's final game. Inside the magazine are some great articles and typical SI photography. Inside you'll find articles about the Detroit Tigers and Lions who also played in the old stadium for years. The cover shows Marty Castillo hitting his home run in Game #3 of the 1984 World Series.  If you are or know someone who is a Detroit Sports fan - you can't be without this piece in your collection.
