"OLD LUKE" BELT SETThis is a comparison photo, NOT THE ACTUAL ITEM
Below is the actual item
This belt is made of vinyl fabric. It has a decent weight, stiff enough that it will not crush, but soft enough that it won't dig. Very comfy.
The belt in the image is 3" wide, but I would make it thinner, down to 2" wide for smaller "Lukes" and the buckle would shrink as well to proportion.
Regardless of width, the belt length will be based upon the measurement around where you intend to wear it and made to fit within 2" either way of that waist size (so slightly adjustable)
Here's what I need to know to make your belt
**Measurement around the area where you intend to wear the belt.
Take the measurement as tight as you would wear the belt.
**How wide do you want your belt?
Belt has rivet detail to the right of a faux buckle. The "buckle" is 6mm thick foam, painted and glued permanently in place to the belt.
The "buckle" is 3" tall x 4.5" long and will adjust proportionately for thinner belts. I actually think the perfect buckle is 2 3/4" tall x 4.5" long and would like to start making the standard size belt width to 2 3/4", not 3" as shown in photos.
It takes me up to 5 days to have the buckle ready if I didn't already have one and can make the belt and pouch in that interim.
All the "buckles" differ slightly as they are hand painted.
See the gallery pics of buckles alone for closeups

The Belt fastens in back with a velcro closure:
the finished end overlaps the belt and the velcro will not show.
The pouch is 4" x 4" and 1.5" thick.
totally usable space, not a fake front pouch
The flap fastens with velcro
This belt comes with ONE pouch
The flap goes straight across, not a V as some shots appear
If you would like a custom size pouch that will fit a phone, I will do it for just more. I suggest 6" tall x 5" wide or 7" x 5.5"
